Returns
We hope you are happy with all your purchases from Lusso Strada. If you’re not completely satisfied please contact us as soon as possible so we can look to resolve any issues. If you are still not completely satisfied you can return the item for a full refund - full refunds do NOT include shipping costs
Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch in an undamaged and saleable condition, including all packaging, labels and tags. Refunds will be issued as soon as items have been received and checked.

Delivery
We always try our best to despatch any orders received on the same day, however, this is not always possible so please allow 1-3 working days for despatch at busy periods. FREE delivery is based on Royal Mail’s standard delivery service with an estimated delivery time two business days. Please allow a longer delivery time for European and International orders.
All despatch and delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
Competition & Promotions
We reserve the rights to end early or change any competition or promotion without prior notification. All entries must be submitted before the end the dates stated to be included. Winner will be notified via email/social media as required. All photographic competition entries must have all permission granted for use by us. Any photos submitted without permissions will be removed. Please respect the creators rights to their work.
